Steps for Instagram on PC & Mac
On instagram.com open the Reel or video post and copy the address from the browser bar; Reel addresses contain /reel/ and video posts contain /p/. The three-dot menu on the post also has a Copy link option.

Good to know
Desktop Instagram shows the same public posts as the app. If a post asks you to log in to view it, it cannot be downloaded here. Open the video in your browser and copy the address from the address bar.
